I/We agree, if successful, to complete the project as outlined in this application (or request permission in writing from the Vibrancy Grant Fund Administrator for any significant change to the project)

I/We agree, if successful, to complete the project within 6 months of the funding being approved

I/We agree to complete and return an accountability report form (this will be sent with the grant approval letter) within two months after the project is completed

I/We agree to keep receipts and a record of expenditure and return any unspent funds

I/We agree to acknowledge Richmond Unlimited funding at event openings, presentations or performances

I/We agree to use the Richmond Unlimited logo in all publicity (eg poster, flyers, e-newsletters) for the project and follow the guidelines for use of the logo.
