Zambrero is good for your mind, body, soul and taste buds. Every time you purchase one of our burritos, bowls or water, we donate a meal to someone in need on your behalf, through our Plate 4 Plate initiative.

Together, we have already donated over 36 million meals and our goal is to donate 1 billion by 2025.

In 2005, Dr. Sam Prince, a 21-year-old medical student and entrepreneur, opened his first Zambrero restaurant in his hometown of Braddon, Canberra. We now have over 200 restaurants across Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and the United States.
