We are a local family business that has been in the berry business since 1981, when we began growing, picking and selling our berries from our Nelson farm. Over the years we have worked on developing a range of berry related products, our most successful being our frozen range, now available in major supermarkets throughout New Zealand. Today, along with our daughter Michelle, we still run the original berry company (yeah that's us!). A proud berry family business.
Along with our frozen fruit, and real fruit ice creams, we have also developed a premium powder product to optimise health. Our Blackcurrant superfood Powder is fully grown and produced in New Zealand. Scientists have found that the unique varieties of Sujon blackcurrants in our powder are rich in anthocyanins and Vitamin C (one teaspoon offers more Vitamin C than 20 oranges).
